    The delegation of the Asharqia Chamber Council, headed by Badr bin Suleiman Al-Raziza, Chairman of the Board of Directors, began his visit to the sisterly State of Qatar, which aims to strengthen commercial relations and discuss and discuss investment opportunities.
    The delegation had started its visit on the first day, "Saturday, September 17, 2022" to the Salwa border port between the Kingdom and Qatar, where it was briefed on the achievements of the development and expansion project at the port, accompanied by the Director of Security Operations and Investigations Department at Salwa Port Faisal bin Saad Al-Qarni, praising the improvements that the project has shown. In raising the port's absorptive capacity, facilitating trade movement, and raising the level of intra-regional trade for the two countries.
    On the second day, "Sunday, September 18, 2022", the delegation met with the First Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Qatar Chamber, Mohammed bin Towar Al-Kuwari, a number of members of the Board of Directors in the two chambers, and an elite of businessmen in the two countries, where they discussed ways to enhance cooperation relations in the two countries. The meeting also reviewed aspects of economic cooperation and promising investment opportunities in the two countries in pursuit of economic and commercial integration.
    For his part, Al-Raziza said that the Kingdom and the brotherly State of Qatar share a lot in common, and are linked by extended historical relations that have been strengthened by ties of blood, heritage and a common destiny. As the two countries pursue a unified vision and an actual policy of solidarity aimed at the stability of the region and achieving the well-being and security of its peoples. Today, the two countries are increasing their desire to double cooperation and joint coordination, and to develop and strengthen their complementary ties. He pointed to the role of the Saudi-Qatari Coordination Council in strengthening bilateral relations and expanding the partnership between the two countries to broader horizons in accordance with the National Vision 2030 for both Saudi Arabia and Qatar, in a way that supports the joint Gulf cooperation process.​
